Backend Inventory
These are the live backend data areas connected to the website and admin dashboard.
Live Feature Checklist
This tracks the big pieces you asked for, including music, events, payments, badges, analytics, and automations.
Needs Attention
This is the current live bug-watch readout for the production site. The same checks also feed the daily Make report.
Create or Update Release
Create a single, EP, or full project in one place. The slug is handled behind the scenes, artwork is uploaded here, and Stripe links can be created for paid drops.
Track Library
This shows the tracks already attached to the release you are editing. Use the drag-and-drop area on the left to stage new audio files, then upload them in order.
Current Releases
Use this list to load an existing release into the form and keep the catalog organized.
Create or update an event
Event basics
Start with the page identity: title, status, cover, and the reward badge people unlock by showing up.
Schedule
Build the first session here. If this event repeats, set the cadence and how many times you want it generated automatically.
Access and payments
Choose whether people RSVP for free, donate, or pay to attend. If it’s paid or donation-based, Stripe can auto-create the checkout link for you.
Publish
Save the event page, auto-create the Stripe link if needed, and keep the event ready for people to tap straight into RSVP or payment.
Current Events
Open an existing event, keep editing it, and manage the flow without losing the page structure.
Additional Dates
When one event has more than one session, add the next dates here. They inherit the same guest flow while keeping their own pricing and RSVP behavior.
Lead Sheet
This is your internal lead backup inside the admin. When people sign up, their saved profile records appear here so you still have the lead even if an external automation ever needs to be replayed.
Contact Messages
Messages submitted from the Contact Us page are stored here so they do not disappear into email or a third-party tool first.
Attendance + Badge Award
Mark a member as attended for an event date and attach the badge they earned so it shows up in their account history and your backend.
Member Badge History
Choose a member to review which events they attended and which badges they unlocked.
Members
See who joined, where they are from, and how many badges or events they have on their account.
Direct or Mass Message
Send an inbox message to one member or everyone. SMS and announcement sends can be queued here for your automation stack.
Queued Notifications
These queued sends give you a single backend source of truth for inbox, SMS, and email announcements.
Inbox Messages
Messages stored in the website inbox can be delivered to one member or everyone.
Release Analytics
This reads from the release analytics view once your data starts coming in.
Track Analytics
Use this to spot your heaviest-listened songs and top retention tracks.
Automation Checklist
This dashboard shows what is connected, what is saving inside the website, and what still needs a live API key or webhook.
Config Inputs
Core public config is shown for reference. Social links are saved as database-backed settings when the site settings table is available, with a local fallback for preview.
